  • Usage of a ticketing system via Spiceworks software.

  • Assisted "client" with optimization of phone storage by adding and formatting a micro SD card and configuring settings as well as moving certain data over from internal storage to the SD card; Additionally, I helped clean up notification settings.

  • Installation of virtual machines such as Windows servers (Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019) and Linux distros using VMWare.

  • Experience with Windows (Multiple Windows ISO's) and the windows command prompt. A lot of practice using ping, ipconfig, tracert, etc.

  • Configured Windows anti-virus and firewall settings using cloud-based servers.

  • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu and Kali Linux) and maneuvering the Linux command line. Some practice with network and packet capture tools and commands such as tcpdump and nmap.

  • Limited practice with Cisco Packet Tracer to set up virtual networks and gain exposure to physical and logical network topologies. Competent understanding of network hardware.
