Usage of a ticketing system via Spiceworks software.
Assisted "client" with optimization of phone storage by adding and formatting a micro SD card and configuring settings as well as moving certain data over from internal storage to the SD card; Additionally, I helped clean up notification settings.
Installation of virtual machines such as Windows servers (Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019) and Linux distros using VMWare.
Experience with Windows (Multiple Windows ISO's) and the windows command prompt. A lot of practice using ping, ipconfig, tracert, etc.
Configured Windows anti-virus and firewall settings using cloud-based servers.
Experience with Linux (Ubuntu and Kali Linux) and maneuvering the Linux command line. Some practice with network and packet capture tools and commands such as tcpdump and nmap.
Limited practice with Cisco Packet Tracer to set up virtual networks and gain exposure to physical and logical network topologies. Competent understanding of network hardware.
